My name is Irina and my goal is to make you enjoy fitness! With over 8 years experience, my goal is to help my clients reach their ideal weight and improve their dietary plans to balance a healthy lifestyle!
Actors, models, music artists, business people, athletes and fitness newbies have all benefited from the long term strength and movement routines I prescribe. You may be able to dead lift 200kg but can you bear crawl for 100m, or vise-versa? This is what we will sweat for!
I am doing classes, one on one lessons and group projects! My expertise is in Crossfit, Kick Boxing and Yoga, and my main focus is on fat burn and body shaping!
